Usit Colours Bulgaria

Usit Colours entered the Bulgarian market in 2002. Its main activity is focused on organising youth exchange programs and negotiating and offering special prices on airline tickets for students, youth and teachers (SATA tickets). The company rapidly became the market leader - a position, which it has preserved to this day.

The company through the years

The company has progressed over the years together with its customers of youth programs, most of which, with age and career development, already have their specific travel needs. By opening of more offices across the country, Usit Colours began providing tourism services for leisure time and personal travel. Its portfolio expanded and included airline tickets, without limitation to the type of travellers; holidays at home and abroad, cruises, hotel accommodation, train tickets, insurance, and other ancillary services.

Business clients development

The successful working model of Usit Colours and positive feedback on company's work with individual clients began to attract Bulgarian and international companies that fully trust us to organise their business trips, conferences and events, prize travels, and other events.

Portfolio and offices

Currently, the company manages 18 wholly owned offices across the country, employing more than 70 highly qualified specialists. Usit Colours' portfolio  covers many products such as air tickets, hotel accommodation in Bulgaria and abroad, various types of ground transportation, cruises, insurance, preparation of visas, and other ancillary services.

For 5 years now, the company is certified and has implemented a quality management system - ISO 9001:2008 range: tourism and travel services (airline tickets, accommodation, events, packages, etc.). Also, Usit Colours is in the process of certification under ISO / IEC 27001:2005, focused on information security.

The company is a member of the leading industrial and business corporations in this country, and from the middle of 2013, it is a part of Radius Travel - a worldwide network of agencies servicing global corporate clients.
